We believe that love and kindness shine ever so brightly in times of uncertainty and fear. Our highest priority is to love and care for our guests, team members and communities as we lead each other through the impact of COVID-19 (Coronavirus).

First, it’s important to note that sanitation and hygiene are what we do. Every day, across all our restaurants we follow strict procedures and processes. We’re really good at it.

With the heightened awareness and gravity of our current circumstances, it’s important to share with you the steps we’re taking at all Thrive Restaurant Group to address the COVID-19 (Coronavirus).

  • Removing Salt & Pepper and other tabe-top items. Just ask if you need them.
  • All food handlers are required to wear disposable plastic gloves
  • Enforcing regular and detailed hand washing procedures for our teams with timing devices
  • Requiring every team member to stay home if they have any symptoms of illness
  • Conducting a deep cleaning in each of our restaurants every night after close
  • Implementing enhanced protocols for more frequent cleaning and sanitizing throughout the day
  • Moving any paper menus to one-time use menus
  • Scheduling “high touch point” cleaning every hour for high traffic areas such as counters, chairs, door handles, service utensils, menus, etc.
  • Reinforcing and enhancing illness prevention procedures (e.g. frequent handwashing, no touching of one’s face, staying home if sick, etc.)
  • Centralized tracking of any individuals who may call out due to illness to ensure that they do not return to work until healthy
  • Closely monitoring local, state, and federal changes to ensure that our team members are updated on any additional benefits they may be entitled to
